Zumba Class

Zumba® classes create a party like atmosphere that is incredible fun! We are “Exercise in Disguise”
Zumba Fitness® combines Latin, International & Modern music with easy to follow Dance Fitness choreography led by a licensed instructor.
A total body workout mixing low & high intensity moves for combining all elements of fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance & flexibility.
***Bring a water bottle, towel & a SMILE***

DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move around easily in & comfortable shoes.
Most find that flat soled athletic style shoes work just fine.
All Classes are $5 Drop In or you can purchase a 10 class punch card for $50. I accept Cash/Check/Debit & Venmo.
Prior to starting any Zumba Class you will be required to sign a waiver

The Gathering Place is geared toward seniors. Drop by and spend time with other seniors! Chat, play cards, share recipes, do puzzles, knit, create art! Library card not required.
